Welcome to Wandle Way Community Partnership.
Wandle Way Community Partnership ('WandleCP') is a new community based service provider for adults with learning disabilities. 'WandleCP' is situated close to transport services-trams, trains and bus links. We encourage supervised individuals to access their local community facilities using public transport.
We offer a meeting point for 1-1 support workers to meet and make friends with other support workers and arrange activities outside of the centre. This space can be booked by the hour in advance and offers an opportunity for individuals to link up with their peers promoting social interaction and inclusion into local community facilities.
Sessions can be individually tailored to suit a variety of needs.
All day, half day and hourly slots are available.
Opening Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Fri Saturday Club is available with consultation.
